2. General

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are delivered from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website and email mailboxes are operated by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. The host deletes or anonymises the log data after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message in order to handle your enquiry. The details from the form are sent by email to our mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM and are not stored in a database. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

To prevent misuse, we store an encrypted value derived from your IP address for no longer than one hour when you submit the form. Your IP address cannot be reconstructed from this value.

We delete your details once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

6. Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
